Become a Native Son Rewards Member!
The Native Son Rewards program membership is open to individuals in the United States Virgin Islands and the British Virgin Islands that are 18 years of age and older who provide and maintain a valid email address. Employees and their immediate family members may not participate in the Native Son Rewards Program. By joining the program, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you reside in the United States Virgin Islands or the British Virgin Islands. By using this program, you agree that you have read and agree to all the rules of this program. You specifically agree to provide and maintain a valid email address and to keep NATIVE SON informed of any changes to your email address.
Your membership is nontransferable and is subject to present and future program rules. By participating in the Native Son Rewards Program, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from Native Son, Inc.
Participation in the Rewards program is subject to the program rules, regulations, policies and procedures (“Program Rules”) that Native Son may, at its discretion, adapt from time to time. Native Son may amend or resolve the Program Rules or any aspect of the program at any time without notice. Native Son has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Program Rules.
NATIVE SON REWARDS POINTS
As a member of the Native Son Rewards program you will receive points, which are subject to change at any time. To accumulate points for purchases, you must create a Native Son Rewards Customer Account and purchase round-trip tickets from Native Son. Points will post to your Native Son Rewards Account from 5-45 business days from the date you register points. Membership cards, points and reward certificates have no cash value. You cannot give or transfer your membership, membership benefits, points or reward certificates to anyone else.
The Native Son Rewards program is subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at Native Son’s Discretion, with or without notice. The number of points required to redeem any reward may be substantially increased or decreased, any reward may be withdrawn, and restrictions on any reward or reward redemption may be imposed at any time.
Once you redeem your points for a qualifying product and sign for the item at an outlet, the product is yours. This action renders the points redeemed and these redeemed points will not be reinstated. Redeemed items will be serviced under the applicable terms of their respective warranty, which begins when the product is purchased by Native Son.
Points are only redeemable for select NATIVE SON FERRY round-trip route tickets purchased from an authorized NATIVE SON Ticket Agent in the United States or British Virgin Islands. Points expire after two years of inactivity of the membership account. It is the sole responsibility of the Native Son Rewards Program member to check the accuracy of the quantity of their points and to redeem points eligible for submission. Not all tickets purchased qualify for reward points. Points shall only be awarded on round-trip purchases. Bonus points may be available from time to time for the purchase of specific products and or promotions.
If a Native Son Rewards member is purchasing for a company, an authorized corporate officer of the company must submit a letter of approval for member to acquire Native Son Rewards point for the company on an official company letterhead and signed.

As a member of the Native Son Rewards Program you are eligible to earn points for qualifying purchases. As points are earned you can redeem them for select Native Son Rewards items. These items can be found on the Redeem section of the Native Son Rewards Website.
Points earned and rewards redeemed through Native Son Rewards Program may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability and obligation to disclose the receipt of points or rewards is your sole responsibility.

The following items are considered non-qualifying purchases for which points will not be awarded:
- Purchases made before November 1, 2019
- Service only sales (E.g. cargo)
- One-way tickets
For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the phrase “purchases” means purchases less returns.

Memberships may be canceled at any time by notifying Native Son, Inc. member services by email. Cancellation may take from 6 to 8 weeks to finalize. Upon cancellation, your membership will be inactivated. If your Membership is revoked, any points in your account will automatically be removed.
In the case of fraud or abuse involving the Rewards Program, point credit or reward issuance, Native Son, Inc. has the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including but not limited to revocation/cancellation of any reward and/or termination of your Rewards Program eligibility, and all points earned through the Rewards Program may be forfeited, and your Rewards Program account(s) closed.
In situations involving errors or misuse of the program, we specifically reserve the right to freeze an account and to stop future redemption of reward points issued to the account(s).

Native Son, Inc. employees, board members and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Native Son Rewards Program.

NATIVE SON, Inc. has the right to terminate the Rewards Program at any time for any reason or no reason in its sole discretion, with or without notice. In that event, the right to earn points and redeem rewards will end immediately, regardless of the extent of your participation in the Rewards Program. Native Son may terminate the Rewards Program, in whole or in part, effective immediately in any jurisdiction(s) if required to do so by applicable law.
Eligibility to participate in the Native Son Rewards program, including but not limited to; any rewards that may have been earned and in process, may be revoked or suspended at NATIVE SON’s sole discretion if a participant fails to pay any amounts due to NATIVE SON. The awarding of points and the redemption of rewards are void where prohibited by law.
Native Son has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the NATIVE Son Rewards Program Rules, and all questions or disputes regarding these NATIVE Son Rewards Program Rules will be resolved by NATIVE SON in its sole discretion. NATIVE SON reserves the right to make changes to its website, and these disclaimers, terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check or review these terms and conditions from time to time to keep informed of any changes.

The NATIVE Son Rewards Program is created and controlled by NATIVE SON in the United States Virgin Islands and the British Virgin Islands. As such, the laws of the United States and British Virgin Islands will govern these disclaimers, terms and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the United States and British Virgin Islands in all disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions of the Program.
